We were fortunate to have Ben Fischer of; Fischer Design & Construction as our architect for a small/tiny home we needed constructed. First l’d like to comment on the difficulty in finding an architect, or contractor for a small 700-800 square foot home. Small builds can come with many obstacles with zoning, & code requirements. We wanted a small home to accommodate open living with energy efficiency, and have the home be aesthetically pleasing. Ben listened to our needs, and provided us with design ideas to accommodate them even when changes needed to be made due to zoning requirements he was swift in making necessary design, & blueprint changes for construction; as well as adding elements & ideas we had not even thought to incorporate.
